Only organizations that contribute to the Workforce Training Fund are eligible to take part in WTFP grant programs. All for-profit companies in Massachusetts contribute, as do some non-profits.
All businesses participating employers must provide a valid Certificado de buena reputación del Departamento de Hacienda de Massachusetts, (not to be confused with a Certificate of Incorporation or Good Standing from the Secretary of State), and a Certificate of Compliance from Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) Unemployment Services for Employers portal.
